About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Team Member to provide guest service and food experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and expected to perform duties across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role involves welcoming guests, learning their needs, resolving issues, and helping ensure they leave satisfied. Team Members also help prepare and sell food, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, stock inventory, operate a cash register, support promotions, and assist guests with products, orders, and loyalty programs. Training is provided, and the company supports career development and internal promotion.

Shifts listed are day (6 AM–2 PM), evening (2 PM–10 PM), and overnight (10 PM–6 AM). Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide friendly service, and build relationships by understanding and addressing guest needs.
• Perform duties across multiple position types as needed during a shift.
• Prepare and sell food while maintaining quality, safety, efficiency, recipe integrity, and brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen, equipment, restrooms, and other work areas.
• Stock shelves and inventory, and support product rotation and inventory management.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Assist guests with products, Made to Order kiosks and orders, samples, promotions, and loyalty program enrollment.
• Resolve guest and teammate issues, identify solutions, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment consistent with brand standards.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the company’s beverage equipment and selected coffee beans.
