About The Position

Yukon is hiring part-time Team Members for its opening team at a new stand-up steak restaurant. The role is in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on quality, speed, personality, community, and genuine hospitality. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, share menu recommendations, assist with food preparation and kitchen operations, and keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for guests. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour plus tips. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to help where needed.
• Must obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card and MAST Permit.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends; weekend availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a great first impression.
