About The Position

Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Team members maintain a clean and sanitized work area, accurately process payments, and ensure high-quality food service. No experience is required; training is provided.

The role may include cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires the ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service, including taking food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations, which may include a sandwich line, fry station, or grill station.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
