About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member provides guest service and performs food preparation, serving, cleaning, and operational duties in a restaurant setting. The role requires following brand, company, health department, government, and safety standards; maintaining product quality and food safety; and keeping accurate cash, sales, inventory, and incident records. Team members are expected to demonstrate the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is part-time, with evening availability on weekdays and availability on weekends required.

Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for an entire shift, including reaching overhead.
Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 or more pounds occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
Follow government laws and safety codes.
Complete incident reports in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
