About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to adapt to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrate integrity, do the right thing, and take accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Learn all restaurant stations and rotate through them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and team members.
• Align with Shake Shack’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.
