Restaurant Team Member
About The Position
The Restaurant Team Member provides fast, friendly guest service; maintains a clean restaurant; prepares and serves food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations; and helps ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following applicable laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports under the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to embody the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position includes evenings, with weekday and weekend availability required. The employer may assign other duties, and responsibilities may change.
Requirements

- Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
- Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises.
- Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
- Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more, including lifting from ground to overhead.

- Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
- Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
- Follow government laws and safety codes.
- Complete reports on incidents in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
