About The Position

The Part Time Team Leader at the LEGO Store in Roosevelt Field supports the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) with store operations and supervises Sales Associates during a shift. The role helps maintain staffing and scheduling, ensures policies and procedures are followed, supports effective money handling and loss prevention, and contributes to merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and handle potential issues appropriately in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in accordance with guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensure Sales Associates follow money-handling procedures.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom, ensure available products are merchandised on the shop floor, and achieve loss prevention targets.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation in accordance with store guidelines.
