About The Position
The Sales Associate helps create a signature experience for every guest visiting the LEGO® store by greeting guests, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner. The role supports a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment through daily cleaning, display upkeep, and execution of LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. It also assists with merchandise receiving and stockroom operations, follows safety regulations, identifies potential shortages, resolves customer issues, and reports challenging situations to management. Additional duties include customer engagement, use of promotional materials and loyalty programs, and assigned store operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
- Perform all cash register functions.
- Carry out daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays and LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Perform assigned store operational tasks.
