About The Position
The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and customer service targets. The Keyholder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and takes responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. This part-time role is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious retail professional seeking an initial supervisory experience and a longer-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
