About The Position
The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example through coaching and mentoring, demonstrating the behaviors expected of the sales team and delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets. The Keyholder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and shares responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious retail self-starter seeking an initial supervisory position and career development in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
