About The Position

See’s Candies is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Assistant Team Leader for its Roosevelt Field retail shop in Garden City, New York. The role oversees the daily operations of a single retail shop and supports sales, customer service, staff development, store standards, and safe operations. The position pays $24.41 per hour.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Proven success developing, motivating, training, and coaching employees.
Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, and standing or walking throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
Physical ability to unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at the end of the season.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
