About The Position

As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you support store leadership in achieving sales goals by working alongside store associates and providing daily direction, communication, and training. You motivate the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience and build brand loyalty through every customer interaction. You serve as a brand ambassador by consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values.

The role involves driving sales and customer outreach, motivating and inspiring team members, recommending Vera Bradley products to meet customer needs, and supporting merchandising and store operations. You help maintain visual standards and ensure the store remains organized and inviting. The position is part-time and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing, and peak business needs.

The work involves constant walking and standing, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching, and lifting 10–35 pounds consistently. It may occasionally require lifting up to 55 pounds and pushing or pulling more than 55 pounds. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have retail experience and/or prior management experience.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have strong sensory skills, including good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity.
• Be able to consistently lift 10–35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 55 pounds, with the ability to push or pull more than 55 pounds.
• Meet the physical demands of constant walking and standing and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
