About The Position

As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you support store leadership in achieving sales goals by working alongside store associates and providing daily direction, communication, and training. You motivate the team to deliver an amazing shopping experience and build brand loyalty through every customer interaction. You serve as a brand ambassador by consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience and/or prior management experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing, and peak business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to exceed sales goals, drive store traffic, convert customers, carry out community and customer outreach, and promote campaigns that build brand awareness and lasting customer relationships.
• Motivate and inspire the team by putting Vera Bradley’s core values into practice.
• Recommend products to meet customers’ needs and drive store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
• Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards, and keep the store organized and inviting.
• Be reliable, uphold Vera Bradley’s core values, and follow company policies and procedures.
