About The Position

The Team Leader supports the site’s facility and operations responsibilities while helping deliver outstanding customer service, grow sales, and uphold rigorous quality standards. This role includes greeting customers, explaining the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, engaging with customers before and after washes, and completing accurate quality-control checks. The Team Leader helps the team meet high service standards, handles customer escalations calmly, operates basic retail equipment, and understands the car-wash process. The position also calls for fostering a positive, collaborative team environment and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
