About The Position

Moo Moo Express Car Wash, part of Express Wash Concepts, is hiring a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and support sales at its Lancaster, Ohio location. The role focuses on engaging customers, explaining monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products. Team Members help customers have a positive experience before and after their wash, perform quality-control checks, follow safety procedures, and learn the wash process and equipment. The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and involves standing and moving throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers in sales efforts.
• Present monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages and upsell products to existing customers.
• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to support their satisfaction.
• Perform accurate quality-control checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Learn the wash process and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
