About The Position

As a Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and support sales by engaging customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting and assisting customers before and after their wash, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will perform quality-control checks, follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures, respond calmly to customer escalations, use basic retail equipment, and learn the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and exceed their expectations by making a strong first impression.
Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, such as a computer and point-of-sale system.
Promote membership packages to new customers and upsell products.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
