About The Position

As a Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and support sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greet customers, help ensure satisfaction before and after washes, and perform quality control checks. The role also involves following safety protocols and standard operating procedures, addressing customer concerns calmly, using basic retail equipment, learning the wash process and equipment, and performing other assigned duties. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed expectations.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct accurate quality control checks.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
