Team Member – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash provides customer service and supports sales by engaging customers, promoting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role helps customers understand the Unlimited Wash Club, creates positive first impressions, and works to ensure customer satisfaction before and after washes. Team Members also perform quality-control checks, follow safety protocols and standard procedures, respond calmly to customer escalations, operate basic retail equipment, and learn the wash process and equipment. Additional related duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and exceed expectations by creating positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote monthly unlimited car wash packages to potential customers and upsell products to existing customers.
- Perform accurate quality-control checks.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Pitch memberships to new customers.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
