About The Position

Moo Moo Express Car Wash is hiring a Team Member to deliver customer service, promote car wash memberships and products, and help ensure wash quality and safety. Team Members engage with customers before and after washes, explain the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, and present membership packages and other offerings. The role also includes learning the wash process and equipment, conducting quality-control checks, operating basic retail equipment, and handling customer concerns. The position starts at $15.00 per hour and offers opportunities for advancement and skill development.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment in high school or an equivalent program.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions that meet or exceed expectations.
Engage with customers before and after washes to support customer satisfaction.
Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Present membership options to new customers and promote products to existing customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
