Team Leader II – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Team Leader supports facility and operational responsibilities at the Moo Moo Express Car Wash site. The role contributes to excellent customer service, sales growth, and quality standards while helping the team deliver a positive customer experience. Team Leaders greet customers, explain the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, engage with customers before and after washes, conduct quality-control checks, address customer escalations, operate basic retail equipment, and help the team meet service standards. The role also involves fostering a collaborative team environment and performing other related duties as assigned. The position offers a path for growth within Express Wash Concepts, with ongoing training and opportunities to advance. The stated pay is $17.50 per hour. The work requires standing and moving throughout the site for the entire shift, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift.
- Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and set an example through work performance.
