About The Position

As a Team Leader at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you support site facilities and operations while helping deliver outstanding customer service, sales growth, and high-quality standards. You greet and engage customers, explain the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, and help ensure customer satisfaction before and after washes. You also lead team performance, conduct quality-control checks, address customer escalations, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. The position pays $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
