About The Position

As a Team Leader at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you support the site’s facility and operational responsibilities while helping deliver outstanding customer service, sales growth, and high quality standards. You greet customers, explain the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, engage with customers before and after washes, and help ensure customer satisfaction. You also lead team performance, maintain quality through accurate checks, respond calmly to customer escalations, and help foster a positive, collaborative team environment. The position pays $17.50 per hour. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to support customer satisfaction.
• Conduct accurate quality control checks and maintain quality standards.
• Lead the team in delivering and sustaining high-quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.
