About The Position

The Team Leader supports the site's facility and operational responsibilities while helping deliver outstanding customer service, sales growth, and high quality standards. The role involves greeting customers, explaining the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club, engaging with customers before and after washes, performing accurate quality-control checks, and helping the team sustain high-quality service. Team Leaders address customer escalations calmly, operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process, drive team performance, and foster a positive, collaborative environment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
