About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads for a growing Domino’s franchise. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. This is a fast-paced leadership role with opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. The position includes starting pay of $15 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality.
• Have basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be willing to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Be adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities
