About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Team Lead to help run store shifts and deliver excellent customer experiences. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The role includes shift leadership and team development, as well as making pizzas, preparing food, handling cash, and supporting basic store operations. The company describes the position as an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance to roles such as Assistant Manager or General Manager.

Starting pay is $15 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees. The store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
