About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run store shifts and deliver excellent customer experiences. The role is presented as an opportunity to build leadership skills and advance within the company, with many Assistant Managers and General Managers having started as Team Leads.

Team Leads are the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The position includes leading team members, serving customers, preparing food, handling cash and supporting daily store goals and standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
