About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help create a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. The role is part-time, with a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary based on studio needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

The role provides an opportunity to connect with the CorePower Yoga community and strengthen a personal yoga practice through an eligible discounted All Access Membership. The position pays $18.45 per hour. The company describes itself as a yoga studio brand with over 200 locations, digital livestream and on-demand classes, and thousands of yoga teachers.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
