About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the car wash facility and its operations. In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Team Leads set an example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions. The position is offered part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn weekly commission.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
• Set a positive example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team.
