About The Position

This position assists the Receiving Supervisor with receiving tasks and helps ensure HACCP standards, documentation, and safety requirements are followed in the receiving dock area. The role also assists production supervisors, through the Receiving Supervisor, in resolving discrepancies in the facility’s raw material inventory. When the Receiving Supervisor is absent, the position ensures orders are entered correctly into the computer and bills of lading are submitted at the end of the shift. The role may occasionally move trailers in and out of dock doors. Team members will be HACCP trained and able to receive incoming raw material when other team members are not on shift. This is a third-shift position in Rogers, Arkansas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Raw receiving and/or material handling experience.
Forklift experience.
Basic computer skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 85 pounds on an ongoing basis.
Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Assist the Receiving Supervisor with receiving tasks.
Maintain and enforce HACCP standards, gather and check documentation, and adhere to safety requirements in the receiving dock area.
Assist production supervisors in resolving raw material inventory discrepancies through the Receiving Supervisor.
When the Receiving Supervisor is absent, enter orders into the computer properly and submit bills of lading at the end of the shift.
Move trailers in and out of dock doors when needed.
Be HACCP trained and able to receive incoming raw material when other team members are not on shift.
