Retail - PT Team Lead
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and sales. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee incoming shipments, and support employee training and coaching. The role emphasizes positive sales performance, customer service, brand representation, loss prevention, and creating a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
