About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and sales. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee incoming shipments, and support employee training and coaching. Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
