Retail PT Team Lead
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver a strong customer experience. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support sales performance, maintain merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and help train and coach colleagues. The role also involves following loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures and contributing to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Oversee shipment receipt and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
