About The Position

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role for a dependable, driven individual who is ready to grow into greater responsibility. The role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, building operational and leadership experience. When the General Manager or Operations Manager is not on-site, the Team Lead acts as Manager on Duty to help keep the park running safely and effectively. The Team Lead leads from the floor, supports and coaches team members across departments, helps maintain a seamless guest experience, and communicates guest issues, operational challenges, and safety concerns to the Management Team. Depending on the rotation, responsibilities include driving front desk and membership sales, overseeing parties and events, managing café inventory and ordering, maintaining health and safety standards, and overseeing park cleanliness, equipment, attractions, and facilities projects. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to move throughout the park and lift and carry at least 20 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. The position is full-time and onsite. Compensation is $17.50–$18.89, based on qualifications and experience. The application deadline is November 15, 2026, though applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
