A part-time Flex Lead option is available at some locations, primarily on weekends, to cover breaks and time off for other Leads. The position is part-time and onsite. Compensation is $16.00 plus bonus, based on qualifications, experience, and performance. The posting notes that full-time employees at CircusTrix receive medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with company matching; 401(k) eligibility depends on age and tenure requirements.
