Depending on the rotation, the Team Lead may guide front desk service and sales; oversee parties, events, staffing, scheduling, and upselling; or manage café inventory, food safety, facilities, equipment, and park cleanliness. A part-time Flex Lead option is available at some locations, primarily on weekends, to support service and cover other Leads’ breaks and time off.
