About The Position

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role that rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. The role provides operational responsibility and leadership experience while preparing the Team Lead to manage shifts. When the General Manager or Operations Manager is not on-site, the Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty and helps keep the park operating safely and effectively. The Team Lead leads from the floor, supports and coaches team members across departments, and may work in any operational area to maintain guest experiences and operational flow. The position also contributes to sales, safety compliance, incident reporting, opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and park readiness. Depending on the assigned rotation, the Team Lead may lead front desk service and membership sales; oversee parties, events, staffing, scheduling, and upselling; or manage café inventory, health and safety standards, equipment, attractions, and facilities projects. A part-time Flex Lead option is noted as unavailable at some park locations and is primarily available on weekends to cover breaks and time off for other Leads. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to the General Manager. Compensation is $20.00+ with bonus, based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with company matching, subject to eligibility requirements.
