About The Position

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role for a dependable, driven person ready to develop operational and leadership skills. Depending on the rotational assignment, the Team Lead may lead front desk service and sales; oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings, including scheduling, staffing, and upselling; or manage café inventory and ordering, health and safety standards, equipment and attraction maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities projects. A Part-time Flex Lead option is available at some locations, primarily on weekends, to support service and engagement and cover breaks and time off for other Leads. The position is onsite and full-time, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan with company matching; 401(k) eligibility depends on age and tenure requirements. The application deadline is 09/12/2026, though applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
