About The Position
Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead for a local Domino’s store. The Team Lead serves as the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager, General Manager, or other positions. Starting pay is $13 per hour, with the opportunity for increases through training. Flexible schedules are offered. Full benefits and a 401(k) are available to full-time employees. The store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
Responsibilities
