About The Position
MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for its Springfield location at 3100 West Iles Ave. The driver safely and efficiently delivers goods to customers throughout the Springfield area, representing the organization professionally and supporting customer satisfaction. The role involves vehicle operation and basic maintenance checks, route planning, package handling, delivery documentation, customer service, and communication with dispatch and management. Drivers must follow traffic laws, company safety policies, and local transportation requirements, and maintain a clean, organized vehicle.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role.
- Knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in route planning and navigation, including GPS and map reading.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely, regularly up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Reliable written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical capability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while following traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Plan and execute delivery routes to meet schedules and customer expectations.
- Load, unload, and secure goods in the delivery vehicle, handling them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and confirmations.
- Provide courteous customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues or damage.
- Meet or exceed daily delivery targets while maintaining service quality.
- Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation requirements.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
