About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead for its retail team. The Team Lead supports store operations, sales, customer service, merchandise organization, and employee training. They may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring products are properly placed.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
