About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, this entry-level management position supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies. The role fulfills the appropriate level of services for new members served, as outlined in the essential functions. Employees participate in a structured, advance-scheduled on-call rotation and must remain accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. While on-call, employees actively monitor communications such as phone and email and respond according to operational protocols. LA HOP is a Full Service Partnership under the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), serving adults ages 26–59. The program currently serves 122 members. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and two years of experience in a mental health setting.
- Be a licensed-eligible or waivered mental health professional, as confirmed by the state regulatory or licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI).
- One year of supervisory experience, or supervisory training within six months of employment.
- Valid and current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance listing the employee as a driver.
- Willingness to use a personal vehicle to attend meetings; weekly mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS rate.
