About The Position

Team Leaders turn individual talent into team strength. You will train new hires, coach performance, run daily debriefs, support operations, and help develop the next generation of Threshold leaders — while still setting the pace in the field yourself. F2F experience field fundraising is required. This is an opportunity across our active markets and partner campaigns, including: Washington, DC – International Rescue Committee, Portland, OR – Humane World for Animals, Denver, CO – Sierra Club & Humane World for Animals, Seattle, WA – Sierra Club, Tampa / St. Petersburg, FL – Sierra Club & Humane World for Animals, Jacksonville, FL – Humane World for Animals, Orlando, FL – Humane World for Animals.

Requirements

• F2F experience field fundraising is required.
• Proven ability to lead by example and consistently hit personal fundraising standards
• Strong coaching instincts — you give clear, useful feedback and help people grow
• High integrity, accountability, and ownership
• Comfortable running daily debriefs and managing the operational side of a team
• Genuine passion for the causes we represent and for developing the next generation of leaders

Responsibilities

• Train new hires and coach ongoing staff development
• Lead daily debriefs and deliver direct, useful feedback
• Monitor team performance, scheduling, pairings, and reporting
• Canvass consistently and model the standard in the field
• Identify strong fundraisers and develop future leaders

Benefits

• $27/hr base pay + bonuses
• Bonus structure: Donor #6 earns $100, plus another $100 for every donor beyond that (chargebacks apply).
