About The Position
Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is hiring a hands-on Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse at its Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania facility. This is a working team lead role focused on coordinating daily warehouse operations and supporting employees through hands-on guidance. It does not include direct supervisory responsibilities. The position works a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility and NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements, successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening, and be able to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE. Requirements
- At least 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer or inventory management system experience.
- A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Meet applicable ITAR eligibility and NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
- Be able to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE.

- Previous lead or team coordination experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, and material movement.
- Lead by example and provide hands-on guidance and support to warehouse employees.
- Help prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized, and on schedule.
- Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation.
- Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to maintain efficient workflow.
- Promote the Safety First culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
