About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer at its Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania location. The starting compensation is $17 per hour, with the opportunity for yearly merit increases based on performance. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while meeting the company’s cleanliness and safety standards. The position also includes maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch and assisting customers when needed.

The available schedule is Monday 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; and Saturday 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Sunday and Tuesday are off. The position is located at 208 Lincoln Hwy, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes of the listed location within 30 days of the anticipated start date.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; assess tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicles for exterior damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, and tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed and transport customers to and from branches when applicable.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, and trash areas, and vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and completing other daily cleaning tasks.
• Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
