About The Position

Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is hiring a hands-on Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse for its Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania facility. This working team lead position supports daily warehouse operations in an industrial environment focused on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. The role provides hands-on guidance to warehouse employees but does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer or inventory management system experience.
A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
Meet applicable ITAR eligibility and NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements.
Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Be able to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE.

Nice To Haves

Previous lead or team coordination experience.
Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, and material movement.
Lead by example and provide hands-on guidance and support to warehouse employees.
Help prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized, and on schedule.
Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation.
Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to maintain efficient workflow.
Promote the Safety First culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
