As we continue to scale our global platform, the Warehouse Team Lead will play a critical role in driving daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment accuracy, and frontline team performance. The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading, mentoring, and directing a team of 10–25 warehouse associates across functions including receiving, pick and pack, shipping, and inventory control. This role oversees daily operational execution — ensuring accuracy in stock movement, adherence to safety protocols, and on-time order fulfillment — while partnering with warehouse leadership to drive continuous improvement. The Warehouse Team Lead delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with demonstrated knowledge of receiving, inventory control, pick and pack, and shipping operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, direct, and motivate a team of frontline warehouse associates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey instructions, expectations, and feedback.
  • Proficiency operating computerized scanning equipment (RF guns), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and PC-based programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and meet time-sensitive delivery requirements.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative, with the drive to identify and address operational challenges independently.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally team-lift objects up to 75 pounds; must be able to remain on feet for up to 8–10 hours per shift.

  • Minimum 1 year of prior Team Lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Shift and Department Managers to align workflow priorities, capacity planning, and process improvement initiatives across warehouse functions.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for material needs, inventory issues, and process barriers, coordinating resolution across teams and departments.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates in standard operating procedures, performance expectations, and Fanatics' Core Values, supporting both new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development.
  • Oversee and support a team of 10–25 associates, assigning tasks, directing workflow, and recognizing individual and team performance to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, directly supporting the end fan experience.
  • Oversee preparation of shipping documents and coordination with carriers to ensure seamless, timely delivery of officially licensed merchandise to fans worldwide.
  • Supervise receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock to maintain inventory accuracy and readiness for order fulfillment.
  • Reinforce high standards of accuracy and quality across all warehouse activities, ensuring fans receive the right product in the right condition.
  • Ensure proper and proficient use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment to maintain real-time inventory visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and escalate process barriers or workflow inefficiencies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives alongside warehouse leadership.
  • Support planning for future capacity requirements by surfacing operational data, trends, and frontline observations to management.
  • Leverage digital tools and reporting systems to maintain accurate documentation of stock movements, receivables, and workflow metrics.
  • Take ownership of daily operational targets, prioritizing orders and directing workflow to consistently meet delivery timelines without step-by-step direction.
  • Promote and enforce company health and safety practices across all warehouse activities, ensuring full compliance at all times.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of inventory, stock movements, and production metrics to support operational transparency.
