About The Position

The Fulfillment Team Lead oversees the RF Directed (RFD) and Pick to Light (PTL) pick lines and provides leadership support to Fulfillment Supervisors and Operations. The role ensures that KPIs for Safety, Quality, People, and Productivity are accurately reported and achieved. Daily work includes waving orders, overseeing replenishment operations, and resolving inventory health concerns by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action while maintaining a consistent workflow through the WMS. The lead also manages labor, drives Safety Initiatives, and assigns work based on department needs to support daily management and prioritization of team members and meet or exceed performance standards for Safety, Quality, Performance, and Reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the RF Directed (RFD) and Pick to Light (PTL) pick lines.
• Provide leadership support for Fulfillment Supervisors and Operations.
• Ensure Safety, Quality, People, and Productivity KPIs are accurately reported and achieved.
• Wave orders and oversee replenishment operations.
• Resolve inventory health concerns by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
• Ensure a consistent workflow through the WMS.
• Manage labor and drive Safety Initiatives.
• Assign work based on department needs and support the daily management and prioritization of team members.
