About The Position

Aritzia is hiring a Team Lead, DC Risk, within its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department. The department’s mission is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. This role helps safeguard Aritzia’s Distribution Centre environments and its people, intellectual property, information, merchandise, physical property, and financial assets. The Team Lead supports daily loss-prevention, detection, and resolution activities, identifies process-improvement opportunities, and coaches other team members.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in Distribution Centre environments.
• Help safeguard Aritzia’s people, clients, and communities.
• Help safeguard intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information.
• Help safeguard merchandise, physical assets, and financial assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Coach other team members.
