About The Position

The Coordinator, DC Risk is part of Aritzia’s Enterprise Risk Management Department, whose mission is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. The role supports the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in Distribution Centre environments through a strong presence and situational awareness. It contributes to safeguarding Aritzia’s people, clients, communities, intellectual property, personal and corporate information, merchandise, physical assets, and financial assets.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in Distribution Centre environments.
