About The Position

The Coordinator, DC Risk, supports Aritzia’s Enterprise Risk Management team in safeguarding Distribution Centre environments. The role contributes to the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss through a strong presence and situational awareness. It helps protect Aritzia’s people, clients, communities, intellectual property, personal and corporate information, merchandise, physical assets, and financial assets.

The position is part of the Enterprise Risk Management Department, whose mission is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. Aritzia describes the role as offering opportunities for continued career growth and development.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in Distribution Centre environments.
• Help safeguard Aritzia’s people, clients, communities, intellectual property, personal and corporate information, merchandise, physical assets, and financial assets.
• Maintain a strong presence and situational awareness in Distribution Centre environments.
